Because some jolly jokers from a Calafornian university
claimed they did not recive the buckle sended complete sealed
and scan of the sending was mailed to them.
Our Dutch Post did a search and it was signed.
They claimed it was not signed by them so I had to refund Paypal
and they got as wel a solid gold buckle and free money.
They expected that Paypal would refund the seller but Paypal only refund if a seller
when send with Fedex not with registered mail.
Because of this I have to write down on every Paypal invoice ,,registered is at your own risk,,.
So no claims can be made at Paypal.
Strange every sending did arrive after I write this down on the Paypal invoice.
